I led the creative and technical transition, ensuring every touchpoint—from first-time visitors to seasoned members—felt seamless and energizing.

  • New CRM Integration: Rebuilt signup flows for classes and memberships using Capitan, removing friction from the onboarding process.

  • Authentic Content: Shot photos and video that capture the gym’s high-energy culture, paired with copy that speaks to climbers (no corporate fluff).

  • UX for Growth: Simplified navigation and calls-to-action to drive conversions—because the only thing people should struggle with is the beta.
