I led the creative and technical transition, ensuring every touchpoint—from first-time visitors to seasoned members—felt seamless and energizing.
New CRM Integration: Rebuilt signup flows for classes and memberships using Capitan, removing friction from the onboarding process.
Authentic Content: Shot photos and video that capture the gym’s high-energy culture, paired with copy that speaks to climbers (no corporate fluff).
